Central government/state government/private companies/firms/embassy/individual who wants to enquiry about the validity of any certificate may have to follow these steps:�

1. Download Verification Form Here
2. Write an application for enquiry on A4size paper.
3. Write Name, Course Code, Session and roll number his/her certificate which has to verify.
4. Enclose Verification Form of each supporting document.
5. A Digital mode/demand draft of Rs.1000/- (non-refundable) for each document in favor of "HHEWT" please add postal charges Rs.100/- extra for India and Rs.1000/- extra for out of India.( Charges of Verification are same for Central government/state government/private companies/firms/embassy/individual.)
6. Send your all documents by registered speed post, Mail all documents (Verification Form and Supporting Documents) in a pdf file to [email protected] before post the documents.
